The 2025 formula

Major cost inflation in recent years has made running a competitively-priced restaurant a real challenge. The formula aims to minimize losses by reducing the menu, optimizing operations and keeping prices as low as possible.

By 2025, the resto will be open only on Fridays (6pm to 9pm) and Saturday and Sunday mornings (8am to 11am). In addition, during community dinners, Saturday evenings will be open from 6 to 10 p.m. (See calendar.)

We look forward to meeting you!

A word from our chef Jean-Marc

Although it’s difficult to increase the variety of dishes offered, without slowing down the release of the dishes, this year we’re adding the dish of the day, which will be offered by reservation only. The first 10 reservations will be honored.

Bring your own wine

In addition to wine, you’re allowed to bring other types of beverage, but not just anything.

You can bring:

Wine
Beer
Cider
Breezers and canned cocktails

You may not bring:

Hard liquor and spirits
Flavored liqueurs
Homemade or craft alcohol (not purchased from a legitimate alcohol-selling institution)
Pommerie wine is therefore not permitted
Cocktails prepared at home and brought in your container

Obviously, you can’t bring food.

How the self-service formula works:

  • Table service is suspended, and you’ll have to pick up your food yourself.
  • You’ll be asked to return dirty dishes in specially designed, dishwasher safe bins.
  • For wine, a station will be set up where you can open your own bottles and buy the glasses you need.

  • Debit
  • VISA
  • MasterCard

Payment will be made at the checkout.

If you plan to pay with your phone (PayPass), make sure you have a way of storing it (pocket or bag) out of sight for the rest of the evening.
